Vintage Smocked Dress Sz 4/5

Vintage smocked dress from Kesa. Red with blue, greens, and white floral pattern throughout. Tie neck with collar, zipper back with sash. Good vintage condition with some expected wear. Size 5 -- please check measurements, I might start at 4 (28" length, 12" pit-to-pit).
