Our Values

Sustainability: We believe it is imperative to do what we can to combat global climate change for the sake of our planet, our children, and humanity. We partner with brands who have similar values and prioritize sustainable practices. We also advocate shopping secondhand when possible.

Ethical production: All humans deserve fair wages and safe working conditions. We value working with brands who have transparency regarding their labor and production practices.

Social justice: 5% of quarterly sales are donated to rotating social and economic justice nonprofits around the world. The shop regularly contributes to fundraisers and we pay monthly to Real Rent Duwamish -- see more information below

Starting July 2023, 5% of every purchase will be donated to a social justice organization, rotating on a quarterly basis.

Land Acknowledgment

We would like to acknowledge that we conduct business in the unceded ancestral lands of the first people of Seattle, the Duwamish People past and present, and honor with gratitude the land itself and the Duwamish Tribe. We are proud to pay Real Rent on a monthly basis.

Please take a moment to sign this petition for Federal Recognition of the Duwamish Tribe. If you are located in Seattle, please also consider paying Real Rent to the Duwamish Tribe on a monthly basis. Use Native Land Digital to learn more about Indigenous history in your area.
