Nooworks bicycle shorts in Pebble People pattern (say that three times fast). Stated size small but seemed to have shrunk significantly in laundering -- could fit a child. Made of stretch cotton jersey featuring a full fabric high waisted yoga style waistband with no elastic. Measurements 16" length, 11" waist un-stretched, 6" inseam). Cotton/lycra blend.
