UP-UP Dark Espresso is an especial dark chocolate Single Estate 50% cacao content made with fine flavour cocoa beans from a single farm. The farm, "El Rosario," is located in the Necocli region on the north-eastern coast of Colombia.
This bar is characterised by the distinct cacao notes that hits the perfect balance between sweetness and bitter tones, with well-defined notes of roasted coffee beans that complement hints of caramel.
